Live Oak is off of Ygnacio Valley Road in Concord. Turn onto Ayers Road (away from Cal State Hayward) and then right onto Seminole Circle. Then right onto Pebble Glen Drive. Then a quick left onto Deer Oak Place. 

The gates were closed and locked when theses photos were taken so I did not get the opportunity to get better pictures of the inside.
